PART ONE

Radio Frequency Pulsed NON-Thermal Radiation
(PART TWO, in a separate document, discusses equally-harmful 60 Hz or Extremely Low Frequency or ELF radiation)

My Bio
I am a retired Canadian Armed Forces captain who spent 22 of my 26+ years in the ‘Forces’ in Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), the former of which included two years in National Defense Headquarters (NDHQ) Ottawa, in the Directorate of Electronic Warfare (DEW). In EW I worked closely with U.S. and NATO armies; attended a major NATO army EW officers’ course in Anzio, Italy, and participated in a major NATO army EW field exercise in Germany. I accepted invitations to visit both the U.S. Pentagon and, subsequently, Fort Bragg, North Carolina (the US Army’s principal EW base). Earlier still, I conducted Radio Warfare/EW at sea aboard two Canadian warships. In SIGINT, I was the Executive Officer and Operations Officer for two years at one of Canada’s largest and most sensitive radio intelligence-gathering stations, where I employed some 200+ specially-trained radio operators who conducted both COMINT and ELINT under my direction. Throughout this period, I worked closely with the USA’s NSA and Britain’s GCHQ.

Since May 11, 2015, at least 218 scientists from 40 countries have signed the International EMF Scientists Appeal, addressed to the Secretary General of the United Nations, to all U.N.-member countries and to the Director General of the WHO (World Health Organization), urging them to: “Protect humans and wildlife from the dangers of electromagnetic radiation and wireless technology”! [1]

On January 29, 2015, France broke from the WHO and ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) to establish its own National Radiofrequency Agency. In doing so, it passed a law banning Wi-Fi in nursery schools across the country and stated, in part, that for children up to 11 years of age, schools must turn off Wi-Fi when not in use! [2]

On September 28, 2014, fifty-five Canadian doctors signed a declaration calling on Health Canada (HC) to “protect Canadians from radio frequency (RF) radiation.” [3]

On July 9, 2014, 53 Scientists from 18 countries condemn Safety Code 6 (SC6) and call on HC to intervene to: “help avoid an emerging health crisis!” [4]

Since at least 2009, major insurance companies have been concerned about the harmful effects of wireless technology, and today, in 2016, Lloyd’s of London, Swiss Re, Zurich Insurance and other major insurance companies will not insure against health effects attributed to wireless technology! [5]

Terminology Explained

· Radio Frequency (RF) – is any of the electromagnetic wave frequencies that lie in the range extending from 3 kHz to 300 GHz.

· Microwave (M/W) Frequencies – are the electromagnetic wave frequencies within the above RF band extending from 300 MHz to 300 GHz.

· Types of Non-Ionizing “Radiation” – which is electromagnetic radiation (EMR) that is comprised of electric and magnetic fields or ‘EMF.’ Although the terms EMR and EMF are often interchangeable, it is more correct to call them ‘EMF, which fall into either of two categories:

1) Thermal – that which can heat the skin and organs of the body, meaning that it can be harmful to the human body (e.g. the EMF emitted by microwave ovens is thermal.)

2) Non-Thermal – that which is too weak to heat or harm the skin or organs of the body, and once thought to be harmless – but this is untrue!

i. All of today’s wireless devices including baby monitors, Smart Meters, Smart appliances, cell phones, cell phone towers, cordless phones, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi routers, Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX zones, GPS, tablet and laptop computers, TV games, remote control units, etc. emit NON-thermal EMF!

ii. The above all emit their NON-thermal EMF on M/W frequencies which the U.S. military has long known are the most harmful to man: from 900 MHz to 5 GHz. These frequencies more readily penetrate all organ systems of the body, thus putting all organs systems at risk! [6] [7]

NON-thermal RF EMF is invisible and undetectable, unless one has a special radiation detection meter. Yet it is literally everywhere today! No one can escape it, not even those responsible for it. There are literally thousands of studies, both military and civilian, showing that NON-thermal RF EMF causes, promotes or is linked to: cataracts, autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, depression, ALS, leukemia and other forms of cancer, and other diseases of the brain, immune system and central nervous system. [8]

The Cause of This Problem is two-fold:
1. The subject matter – non-ionizing, non-thermal RF and M/W frequency EMF and the mysteries of the electromagnetic spectrum - is such a recondite, highly specialized field of science that few people understand it. Which is why governments are left to depend on their own radiation protection specialists, such as Health Canada’s Radiation Protection Bureau. .
2. Western countries, led by the USA, refuse to recognize NON-Thermal EMF or admit that t it can cause harm, especially when people are constantly exposed to it on a 24/7/365 day basis in perpetuity, as people today are exposed to Smart Meters, Smart Appliances, cell phone towers, cordless phones, Wi-Fi routers, Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX zones, Bluetooth, etc.

Safety Code 6
Since the late 1970s HC has reassured Canadians that SC6 protects them from “radiation” emitted by any and all wireless radio devices. This is not now and never has been true! As was previously stated, HC and its four Western-aligned national and international radiation Regulatory Agencies (see below), all refuse to admit that there is such a thing as NON-thermal radiation or admit that it can harm humans and other life forms! HC’s own senior scientist, Dr. James McNamee, stated in a Quebec Superior Court in February, 2013, that SC6 protects only against thermal radiation! This is the same Dr. James McNamee who recently was the lead author for HC’s revised SC6 (2015) [9]

HC and the Four Radiation Regulatory Agencies
The four Western-aligned agencies are: the WHO, ICNIRP, IEEE/ICES (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers/International Committee on Electromagnetic Safety), and FCC (Federal Communications Commission.
Notes:
1. The same scientist, Dr. Michael Repacholi, who originally established HC’s SC6 (assisted by Dr. Maria Stuchly, who was also known to have ties to industry), next orchestrated virtually identical ‘Guidelines’ for the WHO! Then he established essentially the same ‘Guidelines’ for ICNIRP, assisted by Prof. Anders Ahlbom. This is the same Prof. Ahlbom who, in May, 2011 was removed as Chairman of IARC’s (International Agency for Research on Cancer) Review Panel, which was established to assess the cancer risks of cell phones. IARC learned that Prof. Ahlbom is a longtime Director in his brother’s telecom company. [10] On leaving WHO, Dr. Repacholi became a full-time consultant for the electric power and telecom industries.
2. The now infamous Dr. Michael Repacholi has publicly admitted that throughout the 10-year USD $250-million International Study of EMFs, for which he was the Coordinator, he had accepted $150,000 annually from industry.
3. Another of HC’s former senior scientists, Dr. Art Thansandote, (who retired just recently from HC) still is - and has been for more than 10 years - Co-Chairman of IEEE/ICES TC-95 Sub-Committee 4, which is THE committee that establishes ‘safe’ radiation Exposure Limits for the USA! The key members of this omnipotent Sub-Committee are the US Air Force, US Army, Motorola, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens and Bell. Not surprisingly, IEEE/ICES ‘safe’ radiation Exposure Limits were very similar to HC’s SC6, the WHO, ICNIRP and FCC! HC’s SC6 (2015) version, while reduced some 66 times, are still egregiously high and still do not recognize NON-thermal EMF!
4. The above-mentioned HC scientist, Dr. James McNamee, is also a member of the US’ omnipotent ICES, as are other HC and Industry Canada scientists.
5. The FCC has no EMF scientists of its own. Although it is charged with establishing ‘safe’ radiation Exposure Limits for the USA, it simply adopts those of IEEE/ICES, which it then promulgates to the world as if they were FCC’s.
6. The current Chairman of FCC, Tom Wheeler, previously had been Pres/CEO of CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) which lobbies all governments across the US on behalf of its member companies and, before that, was Pres/CEO of the US TV and Cable industry, where his duties were similar to those he had at CTIA .

Man’s Knowledge of the Harmful Effects of NON-Thermal EMF

In 1933 Russia began systematically studying electromagnetic bio-effects on all life forms: plants, animals & people, and found that people experienced harmful effects from even the weakest (i.e., NON-thermal) radiation intensities. They noted that the harm experienced depended on the particular frequency used and the cumulative effect. This caused the Russians to drastically reduce their own safety levels by a factor of 1,000! [11] [12]

In the 1940s, the University of Iowa, on contract from Collins Radio, concluded that 2.4 GHz (the frequency used in today’s microwave ovens, baby monitors, Smart Meters, Smart appliances, Bluetooth, cordless phones, Wi-Fi routers, etc.) caused testicular cancer in rats at NON-thermal temperatures! [13]

Since the 1950s, the British Defense Intelligence Agency has known that the M/W frequencies used in today’s cell phone towers (1800 MHz) and Smart Meters (910 MHz) can cause health problems in the following areas: blood, cardiovascular system, cells, central nervous system, digestive system, glands, metabolism, reproduction, visual system, internal sound perception. [14]

The Soviets irradiated the U.S. Embassy in Moscow for 23 years (1953 – 1976) for just 6-8 hours a day, five days a week, using frequencies between 600 MHz and 950 MHz, emitting power 1,000 times lower (weaker) than most of today’s international ‘safe’ standards (meaning NON-thermal EMF)! Even so, two consecutive ambassadors died of brain tumors, a third contracted Leukemia-like symptoms from which he too died. At least 16 women developed breast cancer, and many other staff fell victim to various illnesses. (Note: It bears repeating: today’s LAN (local area network) transmitters inside Smart Meters emit pulsed NON-thermal EMF on 910 MHz! Cell phones also use frequencies in the 900 MHz range! Scientists know that the harmful effects of EMF are cumulative and can take from 10 to 40 years before an illness becomes apparent.)

In 1956 the US Department of Defense directed the U.S. Army, Navy & Air Force to investigate the biological effects of exposure to RF and M/W frequency EMF. In 1957 they reported many implications: serious damage to the eye, evidence it can cause cancer, damage major organs and disrupt important biological processes. It harms the immune and nervous systems, behavioral effects, ability to learn, damages the chemical barrier that prevents blood toxins from entering the brain; possibly causes genetic defects, birth defects and general effects on growth and aging processes! They noted that pulsed radiation appeared to be more harmful than non-pulsed radiation. [15] [16]

More evidence can be seen in the 1971 Naval Medical Research Institute bibliography citing more than 2,300 studies, and still more in 1986, by the U.S. National Council on Radiation Protection & Measurements. [17][18][19] Tellingly, in 1976, the US informed its allies (which would have included Canada) not to talk about NON-thermal radiation! (Ref: Barrie Trower, retired world-respected British naval officer / scientist and a microwave weapons specialist who actively fights against today’s misuse of wireless technology.)

In 1969 – The Richmond Conference on: “Microwaves – Their Biologic Effects and Damages to Health” (the final of 11 large conferences in the USA from 1955 until 1969) presented such overwhelming evidence of gastric bleeding, leukemia, chromosome breakages, cancer, and clouding of the eye lenses. It stressed that “brain functions were especially sensitive to RF EMF” [20]

In 1971, U.S. President Nixon’s own Electro-Magnetic-Radiation advisory council warned: “power (i.e. NON-Thermal EMF) levels in and around American cities, airports and homes may already be biologically significant.” The population at risk “may well be the entire population.” The consequences of undervaluing or misjudging the biological effects of long-term, low-level exposure could become a critical problem for the public health, especially if genetic effects are involved. [21]

In 1995, just as the U.S. EPA (Environment and Protection Agency) was about to introduce radiation exposure limits that would protect the public from NON-Thermal EMF, a U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations cut their budget saying that the EPA should not be “engaged in electromagnetic activities.” This responsibility was then transferred to the FCC – which is known to be corrupt and has no EMF scientists! [22]

The very next year, in 1996, with the passage of the Telecommunications Act, it became illegal for any community to consider health or environment in regulating cell towers. This gave even more power to the FCC. [23]

In 2007, a review by German scientists of 1500 Soviet medical literature studies done between 1960 and 1996 of frequencies between 0 and 3 GHz showed the following biological effects: “neurasthenia, neurotic symptoms, Arterial hypo- tension; bradycardia or tachycardia; hypoglycemia; vagotonic displacement of the cardiovascular system; EEG changes (deterioration of the alpha rhythm); hyperfunction of the thyroid ; potency disturbances; passive tremor of the fingers; disturbances in the hypothalamic-hypophyseal cortico-adrenal system; digestive system disorders; sleep disorders; slowing down of the sensorimotor system; hair loss.” [also Ref. 8]

Mainstream Media’s Silence
“Shows on cell phone radiation are all over the TV news — at least in Australia and Europe.” Media ownership in North America, tragically, is now in the hands of just a few multinational corporations. [24] [25]

Industry’s Ignorance and Insatiable Greed Portend the End of Life on Earth!

The five companies listed below are planning to enable the public – whether they like it or not - to ‘enjoy’ Wi-Fi from space by 2020. This will mean that virtually the entire global population will be irradiated 24/7/365 - in perpetuity - by pulsed NON-thermal M/W EMF on the microwave oven frequency (2.4 GHz) from commercially-driven but (in the case of RF and NON-thermal, non-ionizing radiation) scientifically-ignorant high-tech companies. No person or living thing will be able to escape or hide from this radiation being emitted by:

1. SpaceX: 4000 satellites, 750 miles high [26]
2. OneWeb: 648 satellites, 500-590 miles high [27]
3. Facebook: Satellites, drones, and lasers. [28]

4. Google: 200,000 high altitude balloons - 62,500 feet altitude. “Project Loon” [29]
5. Outernet: Low-orbit microsatellites [30]

In summary, it is preposterous but tragically true to say that scientists and informed people around the world fear that today’s ongoing pandemic corruption, suppression of the truth, deception and lies, aided by a sinfully silent news media – unless, somehow it can be stopped – will bring about the demise of mankind and all life on earth as we now know it! Governments everywhere are to blame for allowing industry to co-opt them into believing that wireless radio products are safe – when honest scientists have known for more than 50 years that they are not! In the writer’s view, Canada’s only hope rests in its medical community: the CMA and its provincial chapters, Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer, PHOs everywhere, members of the Pan Canadian Public Health Network, provincial Ministers of Health, medical nurses and all healthcare practitioners across this once honest nation. Somehow, they must all be quickly apprised of the truth, and the crisis now threatening us all. Together, as one, they must stand up and demand – yes, demand - that the Government of Canada stop this absurdly evil insanity! Those corrupt authorities now in Health Canada, Industry Canada and elsewhere must be routed and held legally accountable! It simply boggles the mind that such a thing could possibly be happening in Canada – all because governments everywhere refuse to learn from previous tobacco, asbestos, Thalidomide, etc. debacles!
